Terms and Conditions of Carriage:
• By accepting this flight ticket, a contract of carriage is concluded between the passenger and the independent pilots providing the service. This contract is subject to Austrian law.
• We would like to point out that paragliding can lead to accidents – for example, during take-off or landing, due to stumbling or improper conduct. We strive to keep this risk as low as possible. Therefore, the passenger is obliged to follow the pilot's instructions during take-off, landing, and throughout the flight. The passenger confirms being in good physical and mental condition. To cover passenger claims under the liability provisions of the Austrian Aviation Act, for instance in the event of an accident, the independent pilots have taken out the necessary insurance.
• Carried items (especially glasses, cameras, mobile phones, and other valuables, as well as money) must be properly secured or stowed. Otherwise, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage.
• The planned flight route, intended landing sites, and flight times can be changed at any time, particularly for safety or operational reasons, without the passenger being entitled to compensation.
The passenger hereby confirms the accuracy of their data. The passenger also confirms having read and understood the above terms and conditions of carriage as well as the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the Parafly GmbH flight school (available on the website parafly.at).
